How are our poly cases made?

When you choose Absolute Casing to create your custom case, you can trust you’re in good hands and the end product will be tailored to your exact specifications.

Every case we supply is manufactured to the highest standards from a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet which is cut and creased around a
mild steel rim to give it a more rigid structure.

We then use plastic or steel reinforcements for the corners to ensure your custom bag can withstand the rigours of transport and storage.

We provide a wide range of handles, shoulder straps, locks, and hinges to make it easier for you to transport, store, and access your products.

For industries that need to move especially large or bulky equipment, our custom foam liners will ensure protection against bumps and scrapes on the inside. However, adding wheels to your box will reduce the need for heavy lifting and, in turn, lessen the risk of injuring yourself.
